FIRST THINGS FIRST: UK launched label Binary Finary Recordings (BFR) has set up shop in Australia. World renowned for presenting unique trance tracks, their mission is to uncover & develop new talent. Since the early days in Portsmouth, BFR have been committed to assisting writers develop their styles and techniques. BFR still finds time to teach techniques to DJ’s and artists today.

BFR aims to provide the same sonic trance euphoria that erupted & made history back in ’98 (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Binary_Finary) by creating something fresh via genre mashing – offering the listener with a smorgasbord of solid tracks.

The line-up for BFR is looking solid, with new artists such as Adrian M, Vadim Soloviev and Alexey Selin, to unique collaborations such as FAKESOUL. Intertwined with this new material are remixes from proven masters such as 4Mal and Probspot.

FAKESOUL is deeply talented; the trio discovered, directed & presented by the legendary Alexey Sonar of Asphalt Radio, THE most respected electronic dance radio program on the Russian airwaves.
Mickhail, Vladimir & Twean - 3 musicians born and grown in the Severomorsk City, each with completely different styles. From old school break-beat & disco, to dark side drum’n’bass, electro & experimental IDM. There was 1 common denominator – the pursuit for new musical form. Allowing improvisation to direct the entire production process, from the 1st note to post-mastering has proven prolific. It doesn’t get much fresher than that!

Oversence is the 1st FakeSoul offering; 4mal have provided an exceptionally crafted, intelligent progressive mix, which takes the original track to a place only 4mal can venture.

Binary Finary provide two mixes, using their own sample sets and unique sound, blending the old and new into seamless, floor filled, numbers.

BFR asked FakeSoul to come back with a trancier mix of the original. Within two weeks that request was met & the extremely impressed BFR execs sent a contract flinging its way to Russia… with love!
